You are a BLESSING in every sense of the word, as a newly Retired couple, moving from Minnesota to Norman was a big decision and huge task, as Karen and I feel, this will be our last move. Karen wanted a large kitchen and space for a "She Shed", and I wanted an outdoor living space with a pool and room for gardening. Even when we got sidetracked you were there to bring us back in, with patience and for us to be mindful of what we wanted. I will never forget the feeling I had when we drove into the driveway, I knew right then this was MY HOUSE, I had not seen anything else except the front yard. Finding a House is easy, but helping a family find a HOME with all the stressors involved can be discouraging, yet after working with you and your team, "I say every day, "Thank You, Father, for Our Home". And it Feels Good Too! Kourtney, You have a wonderful team to work with, they are responsive, kind, considerate, and most importantly, they ensured us everything was done before closing and It Was. I was driving back and forth from Powder Springs GA to find a home in Oklahoma. As my Realtor, Kourtney worked hard in looking for the type of home I was looking to buy. But, as the housing market was in 2019 it seemed the first few homes on the list went quickly about the time I was able to make the 12 hour drive from Georgia to Oklahoma the home was sold or in the process of being sold. Kourtney didn't give up looking for me and then it happen, Kourtney had a list of new housing area and it all came together. My home in Georgia sold and closed on the 6 September 2019 and I loaded up and moved to Oklahoma and on 10 September 2019 I moved into a brand new home. The original realtor we tried to use turned out to be a flake, so we cut ties with him and submitted our information on the Dave Ramsey website to get a new realtor. Within seconds of submitting our information, and while she was doing an Open House, Kourtney called us to get acquainted.
